Apsara TV is a privately owned Cambodian television channel. In addition, locally known as TV 11, Apsara TV was founded in 1996 by the audiovisual group Apsara Media Group, initially close to the Cambodian People's Party (CPP). Since 2006, it has been managed by the communications company Solaris International.
