The story centers around five strangers trapped in a malfunctioning elevator in a high-rise office building in Philadelphia. As the elevator becomes stuck between floors, strange and terrifying events start happening. One by one, the people inside begin to die under mysterious circumstances. It is gradually revealed that the Devil himself is among them, targeting these individuals for their sins. Outside the elevator, a security guard and a detective try to uncover the truth and save the trapped passengers.
