Jeff is a bouncer who gets pulled into a weapons heist by his friend Sam and the deranged Judge. The job goes wrong, and Jeff is double-crossed and left for dead. Surviving the ambush, Jeff recovers and plots brutal revenge against those who betrayed him, especially the twisted Judge.

The film is notable for its intense action choreography and stylish, almost surreal shootouts—especially a famous "bullet POV" scene.
