The story follows three American college students—Beth, Whitney, and Lorna—who are studying abroad in Italy. They are lured to a Slovakian hostel by a beautiful model named Axelle, who promises a luxurious spa weekend. However, they soon find themselves caught in a terrifying underground organization that auctions off humans to the highest bidder for torture and murder.

This sequel explores more about the Elite Hunting Club, a secret society where wealthy clients pay to torture and kill abducted tourists. Unlike the first film which focused on victims, Hostel: Part II also delves into the perspectives of the killers, adding a psychological layer to the brutality.
