Two men, Adam Stanheight and Dr. Lawrence Gordon, wake up chained to opposite walls in a grimy, abandoned bathroom. Between them lies a dead body holding a revolver and a tape recorder. They soon realize they are pawns in a sadistic game orchestrated by the mysterious "Jigsaw Killer."

The killer doesn’t directly murder his victims; instead, he places them in deadly traps and forces them to make horrifying choices to survive, testing their will to live and morality. Dr. Gordon must kill Adam before a certain time or else his family will be killed.

As the story unfolds through tense moments and flashbacks, the characters race against the clock to survive, uncovering shocking twists about their own pasts and the true identity of the Jigsaw killer.
