Carly Norris, a book editor, moves into a sleek Manhattan high-rise known as 113, nicknamed "The Sliver Building" due to its narrow structure. Shortly after her arrival, she learns that the previous tenant, a woman who looked much like her, died under mysterious circumstances — having fallen from her apartment window.

As Carly becomes romantically involved with her mysterious and handsome neighbor Zeke Hawkins, she discovers he owns the building and has been secretly watching tenants through hidden surveillance cameras placed in every apartment. Meanwhile, another neighbor, author Jack Landsford, also begins to show obsessive interest in her.

The tension escalates as more residents die, and Carly begins to suspect either Zeke or Jack could be responsible. Caught between desire, voyeurism, and danger, she must uncover the truth before she becomes the next victim.
