Suskind is a gripping historical drama based on the true story of Walter Süskind, a German Jew living in Amsterdam during World War II. Working for the Jewish Council, Süskind uses his position at the Hollandsche Schouwburg (a theater used as a deportation center by the Nazis) to secretly save hundreds of Jewish children from being sent to concentration camps.

Risking his life and that of his family, Süskind collaborates with members of the Dutch resistance to smuggle children out of the theater and into hiding. The story shows the moral dilemmas, human courage, and tragic decisions faced during the Holocaust, portraying one man’s resistance from within the system.
