Set in a remote house in the woods outside Bucharest, the story follows Clémentine, a French teacher, and her boyfriend Lucas, who live peacefully in the countryside—until one terrifying night.

They are awakened by strange noises and soon realize they are not alone. Someone—or something—is inside their house. As the night unfolds, the couple is hunted by mysterious assailants who remain unseen for much of the film, adding to the suspense and dread. The invaders play psychological games with them, turning their home into a maze of fear.
